The constitutional and legal/normative basis of Coronavirus contrast strategies in the People's Republic of China are consistent with the system of sources of law in China. It has entailed severe limitations on citizens’ fundamental rights. The model does not appear to be easily exportable to the West Countries, taking into account the differences between socialist and liberal-democratic systems.
