L’ autonomia e la democrazia territoriale nella prospettiva costituzionale: alcune considerazioni
Abstract
Abstract: The contribution of comparative law and constitutional history makes it possible to approach the subject of local democracy from different perspectives. First of all, it makes it possible to interpret the gradual decline of centralised unitary state forms and the spread of federal and regional experiences. Thus, the shift from the idea of decentralisation to that of territorial autonomy makes it possible to combine representative democracy with forms of participatory democracy and territorial self-government.
