Emergenza pandemica e revisione costituzionale nei principali ordinamenti composti europei: problemi e prospettive tra concentrazione e concertazione

Abstract

Pandemic emergency and constitutional review in the main European composite systems. Problems and perspectives – In this contribution, we considered how the main European composite states (Austria, Belgium, Germany and Spain) experienced the management of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in the interactions between the different levels of government, with the aim of grasping whether there were any useful elements to arrive at a constitutional revision, such as to foster a better articulation of powers precisely within the institutional levels.
