Rights and duties in the Polish Charter of 1921

  • Giuseppe Franco Ferrari

Abstract

The paper examines the historical evolution that led to the approval of the Polish Constitution of 1921, within the framework of the currents of European constitutionalism. The discipline of duties, rights and freedoms contained in the constitutional text is considered valuable and advanced, although its implementation has been difficult.
