Abstract

Constitutionalism 3.0 between crisis, asymmetry and constitutional maintenance – The article elaborates synthetic remarks on the main features of constitutionalism 3.0 by addressing the common features of the crisis that has shaped its most salient trends and discusses whether the conflicts between centripetal tendencies and asymmetries in the allocation of powers among territorial entities may be effectively tackled by resort to constitutional maintenance techniques.
