The constitutional value of transparency in the State of Colima

Abstract

The work analyzes the evolution of the principle of transparency in the State of Colima, starting from the setting in Mexico and then verifying the particularities in the State. The author studies the connections between the development of fundamental rights in the Ibero-American context and the affirmation of the open government model in the constitution of Colima highlighting the main reasons for which the State has given particular importance to transparency.
