Abstract

L’attività regolatoria delle agenzie sotto l’amministrazione Biden. – The author highlights the Biden’s reform on the incidence of presidential policy in the rulemaking process. The essay describes the situation existing before Trump, the Trump's innovation, and Biden's approach, that is based on a different way of understanding the relationships between the policy of Presidential Offices and the discretionary power of executive agencies.
