The author analyzes the main theoretical and applicative characteristics of the Mexican administrative law and verifies the influence of the Spanish and French legal experiences. The work then illustrates the impact of contemporary constitutionalism on the administrative law in Mexico, the repercussions in the Ibero-American context and the current applications problems connected to the open government model, the procedural participation, the proportionality and the legitimate expectation.
