Constitutional rights and the health emergency: the Italian response – The essay analyses the measures taken by Italian institutions to deal with the health emergency caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. In particular, the article focuses on how constitutional rights were restricted and the legal regime of the acts adopted by the competent institutions to this end. In this context, specific attention is then paid to the Regions and the relations between the Regions and the central State
