Abstract

The health emergency in comparative law: the case of Covid-19 – This Editorial introduces a special issue of DPCE Online that analyses public health emergency in comparative law, with specific focus on the Covid-19 crisis. In particular, this short piece highlights the key research streams of this monographic section and the main concerns that, from a comparative public law perspective, arise from the struggle against the “new” Coronavirus.
