Abstract

Rights and Liberties n the Albanian Constitution of 1925 - The Albanian Constitution of 1925 presents interesting peculiarities from the perspective of the regulation of fundamental rights. Although drafted quickly, it represents the end product of previous layers, with comprehensive regulations, especially regarding private property and fundamental freedoms.
