Abstract

The circulation of models and the control of constitutionality in non-Western legal systems – This contribution examines, from a comparative point of view, the circulation of models of constitutional justice in the non-Western area, with the aim of highlighting the limits of their reception, which often led to the deformation of the original models (or systems). The alternative potential of political control of the constitutionality of laws is also investigated.
