Il metodo democratico nei partiti e la centralità “in ombra” dell’output legitimacy

Abstract

Abstract: The democratic method in parties and the “overshadowed” centrality of the output legitimacy – Democracy is government by the people, but also for the people. The last profile has been overshadowed in the discussion on the “democratic process” that parties are required to respect. As a matter of fact, the parties have shown decreasing interest in technical quality of the “ruling class”, so this quality has diminished over time. The consequence is a loss of quality of politics and policies, falling especially in output legitimacy of parties and policy itself. It is therefore necessary to approach this problem seriously in a statute that regulates role and characteristics of parties to make them effective instruments of democratization.
