Rights, federal organization and public finance in the Constitution of Querètaro

Abstract

The paper analyses some fundamental principles of the Constitution of Querètaro within the Mexican federal system of government, sometimes also in a comparative perspective with respect to European constitutional traditions. The aim is to show the most innovative aspects of the Constitution of this country, especially in a context of continuous changes in social and economic-financial terms.
