Abstract

Asymmetries, nationalities, minorities: reflections on the institutional and political systems of federal-regionalisms – The text introduces the section about the possible connections triggered by terms such as asymmetry, nationalism and minorities, in contexts characterised by a high level of territorial pluralism. in particular, it is worth asking whether the terminology and methodology traditionally used in comparative law is still adequate to represent the reality. Reading the papers collected in this section reveals the need for a change of perspective allowing the realisation of the potentialities inherent to democratic constitutionalism.
