Abstract

The article discusses the pivotal issue of separation of powers in the American legal system from the perspective of administrative law. The trajectory leading to the elaboration of the Chevron doctrine is illustrated to analyze the paramount decision of the Supreme Court in Loper Bright and its most likely consequences on the relationship between legislative and executive powers in the USA.
