Abstract: The Chilean Constitutional Convention and the lucha por el reglamento – The goal of this article is to shed light on some of the challenges related to the functioning and the organization of the “Constitutional Convention” of Chile, to be faced by the convencionales constituyentes starting from April 2021. The analysis is focused on the Convention’s rules of procedure. Actually, the redaction of the new Chilean constitutional text much depend on the modalities and procedures to be followed to make decisions and take the votes on the new constitutional provisions. For this reason, it examines the main questions about the working time, the structure and the decision-making process of the Convention, taking into account the various possibilities open to the rules of procedure of the Chilean Constituent Assembly.
