The attempts to recover the personal properties of the Royal House of Bourbon lost in 1860 – The essay reconstructs the events of the expropriation of the personal properties of the Royal family of Naples, after the end of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, in Italy, with the dictatorship of Garibaldi in 1860. It then analyses the attempts to recover the assets, both diplomatic and political by the King in exile and his government, and legal by some members of the royal family..
