Fight against corruption in U.S.

Abstract

The essay aims to analyze the difficulties in  contrasting public corruption in U.S. and the attempts to persecute it with “non-traditional”
criminal instruments. In the second part of the paper, a specific issue regards the relationship between Federations and States in the fight to corruption and some of the most recent measures
adopted against international corruption.
