Abstract: La decisione parlamentare di spesa pubblica nell’era Trump (ovvero «Trump vs. Congresso») – The essay analyses the relationship between the Congress and the President in deciding on the appropriation of public funds in the Trump era. After a general reconstruction of the issue, the article focuses on the experience of the Trump presidency, and in particular on the funding gaps that have created serious problems for the White House.
