La forma di governo nella Costituzione polacca del 1921
Abstract
In this paper the Polish constituent process that led to the approval of the Fundamental Charter of 1921 is analysed. Particular attention is paid, also in the perspective of comparison, to the form of parliamentary government created by the Constitution of March, up to the constitutional revision of 1926.
