Abstract: The EU-UN co-operation in crisis management – The conclusion of the EU-UN framework agreement on mutual support in loco (Council Decision CFSP 2020/1726) gives the opportunity to illustrate the partnership between the two organizations in the management of international crisis, regarding both “rules” and practice. It is intended to assess the contents of the above-mentioned agreement, and consequently, developing considerations pertinent to the relevance of international agreements concluded by the EU in the CSDP domain. This analysis will extensively allow to account for cooperation modalities between EU and the other international organizations in the management of the crisis, and – in the conclusions – some additional observations will follow on some perspectives of multilateral management of crisis.
