Osservazioni conclusive sulle possibili limitazioni ai diritti umani nell’Unione Europea

Abstract

Final observations on the possible limitations to the human rights in the European Union – This paper examines the limitations to the exercise of human rights that are allowed by international conventions, particularly in the framework of the European Union. The author tries to point out the specific features of the human rights system and its position in the law of the European Union. Then, the paper considers the relationship between human rights and the European Union policies, as well as some drawbacks deriving from the configuration of human rights in the European Union law.
