The constitutional law of the State of Sonora: comparative aspects

Abstract

The essay, after some historical observations, examines the constitutional system of the state of Sonora. The discipline of fundamental rights is analyzed, also in the dimension of the legal comparison. The form of government and the type of state are studied, with particular regard to the municipal level of territorial decentralization.
