Abstract

The “Polish Gate” and the EU law enforcement (TITOLO IN INGLESE IN CORSIVO) – The essay examines the introduction of the protection of animals in article 9 of Italian Constitution (modified by constitutional law n. 1/2022) and develops remarks about the importance of this introduction and about the drafting and the contents of the new constitutional provision.
