Abstract

Abstract: This paper takes up the points made at the doctoral seminar held in Pisa in memory of Paolo Carrozza on: “Welfare, subsidiarity and social rights”. These notions are explored on the basis of a prior examination of the concept of territorial autonomy in Italian experience.
