Miller II: il sindacato giurisdizionale sulle dinamiche della forma di governo prende definitivamente piede a Londra?
Abstract
Abstract: Miller II: Does the judicial review of the dynamics of the form of government ultimately catch on in London? – The article illustrates the implications of the decision of the UK Supreme Court on the (unlawful) prorogation of Parliament from a broad constitutional standpoint. More specifically, the judges prove aware of their established oversight task and reject any possible objection relating to the convenience of exercising judicial restraint in the matter at stake, going as far as providing a synthetic yet comprehensive portrait of the sources of law and the principles that govern the British form of government.
