I modelli di costituzionalismo ambientale tra formante legislativo, giurisprudenziale e culturale
Models of environmental constitutionalism between the legislative, judicial and cultural formant
Abstract
The article reviews and discusses papers concerned with models of environmental constitutionalism. After having synthetically described the contents of the papers, the article goes on by addressing the main takeaways of each of them. In particular, the Authors argue that contemporary scholars are preoccupied with a) connecting environmental/climate issues with models of sustainable development and b) building a typology of environmental constitutionalism that can be beneficial to both legislatures and courts.
