Abstract

North-African Semi-presidentialisms – The political and juridical situation in the North African region deserves to be constantly studied because of its continuous transformations. The Coronavirus pandemic has caused and accelerated some social events with political and legal consequences in the area. The adoption of a new Constitution in Tunisia demonstrates this trend. The deepening of this topic is a significant way to check the political assessment of the North African States and the effects in terms of stability in a region that is very close to the European Union borders. Oversee these events is also important to check how the “islamization of the society” and the “statualization of Islam” are working in the public life and in the institutions of these countries.
