Ritorno alla normalità, dritto verso la diversity: una provvisoria descrizione delle nomine del Presidente Biden – The paper examines some of the most relevant features of President Biden’s appointments, with reference to the highest ranks of the executive branch, ambassadors, and federal judiciary. The aim of the analysis is to demonstrate that President Biden’s policy had a profound impact on the way in which the selection of federal officials is made. In fact, his commitment to diversity and to fairly represent all the parts of American society could become a turning point in the U.S. constitutional history.
