Abstract

Emergency democracy and health crisis: the Spanish case – Examination of the normative adopted to deal with emergencies, the specific response adopted by the Spanish State to fight the pandemic and the sentence issued by the Constitutional Court on the case is examined. Next, it is studied if the fundamental rights of democracy have been violated or affected during the state of alarm and the Government-Parliament relationship.
