Legal comparison and forms of legal production in the thought of Alessandro Pizzorusso
Abstract
This paper analyses the intellectual legacy of Alessandro Pizzorusso in the national and international debate on the topic of sources of law. In doing so, it focuses on four macrothemes: the relationship between comparison and the study of sources of law; transnational law; soft law and legal hybridisation; and European constitutional law.
