Abstract

For a plural declination of the secular state – The censurable outcome of the Swiss referendum of 7 March 2021 on the concealment of the face in public spaces requires a greater declination to the plural of the secular state, otherwise incomplete and not mediated, so that every religious symbol must be able to determine itself in respect of the value-principle-right to a secular and pluralist coexistence, for peace and social solidarity.
