Abstract

Constitutional jurisdictions, the protection of fundamental rights, and multilevel relations. Concluding remarks - This short contribution aims at highlighting some questions raised in the papers presented during the first panel of the Conference which fuel the debate over judge-made law, over judicial dialogue in the human rights area and, more generally, about the role law should play in social change, especially when facing new demands that press in on the courts.
