Abstract

The introductory analysis examines the constitutional and international implications of contemporary warfare dynamics. At the international level, the studies have analyzed the concepts of armed conflict, peace, and international security, emphasizing the blurred boundaries between them. Case studies from Ukraine, Turkey, and Russia illustrate the intersection of security concerns and international governance. At the constitutional level, the panel discussion addressed the evolving dynamics of armed conflicts' impact on legislative and executive roles. The studies underscored a diminishing parliamentary role in crucial decisions, signaling a challenge to democratic accountability.
