Case studies from Ukraine, Turkey, and Russia illustrate the intersection of security concerns and international governance. At the constitutional level, the panel discussion addressed the evolving dynamics of armed conflicts' impact on legislative and executive roles. The studies underscored a diminishing parliamentary role in crucial decisions, signaling a challenge to democratic accountability.
