Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the increasingly significant role played by NHRI(s) in managing litigation related to climate change. Thanks to their function and structure, NHRI(s) can represent a link between society and decision-makers, participating in the development of regulatory acts, and intervening in cases of violations of human rights by state and private authorities. The article highlights how NHRI(s) can offer a significant contribution to managing climate change by mediating conflicts and ensuring the protection of human rights.
