Riplasmare il giudiziario americano in tempi di polarizzazione: le nomine giudiziali di Biden e la riforma della Corte Suprema. – The article addresses the relationship between the judiciary in the President in the first part of Biden’s term in a context of hyperpolarization. In particular, the article will analyze the Supreme Court’s reform proposal sketched by the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court, established by Executive Order no. 14023 on April 9, 2021.
