Abstract: The essay examines some ordinances adopted by regional Presidents during the Covid-19 health emergency, in order to shed light on some critical issues shown by them. The author deals, in particular, with judicial control over the measures established to counter contagion at local level, also focusing on the ord. n. 4/2021 and on the sent. n. 37/2021 of the Constitutional Court.
