Abstract: Social Outbreak in Chile: problem of persistence of the neoliberal Constitution – This paper provides a systematic analysis of elements that have influenced on a development of the current social outbreak in Chile, as well as emphasizes on a neoliberal economic model and the way in which the current Constitution settles its bases. In fact, its content has challenged an exercise of the social demands of recent years, commanding a constitutional change by setting up a constituent assembly that would verifie the current fundamental law.
