Abstract

The essay analyzes the relationship between national languages and law in the 2015 Nepalese Constitution, in order to reveal that the historic, cultural, linguistic and political plot – who comes before the dogmatic construction of law – is nothing else that the background from which emerges the Nepalese State-Nation.
