Abstract

This article presents the contents of the Congress “The unheard voices. Alternative forms of justice, within and beyond Western models” introduces the ideas that emerged in that Congress and now developed in this monographic issue, as well as giving a personal interpretation to a form of silence: that of doctrine in the field of contemporary manuals.
