Abstract: From BRICS to BRICS+. The pursuit of a different and strong modernity – The present paper aims at proposing conclusive remarks on the enlargement of the BRICS cooperation. Moving from the evaluations and analysis proposed in the previous pages of the monographic section, the Author examines the BRICS evolution and activities considering three key concepts: time, performance and modernity. While it is difficult to foresee possible developments and the new way the BRICS+ will determine in the future, it is fundamental to carefully consider the expansion of this legal network and the impact of such evolution on and in the existing international organizations as well as on the consolidated intra-BRICS cooperation.
