Abstract

The Public Prosecution in Lebanon plays a crucial role in the legal system, ensuring justice and protecting individuals’ rights. In this article, we will explore the structure of the Lebanese Public Prosecution, including its establishment and attributes. Thereafter, we will examine its functions, along with its authority and relationship with the law enforcement agents. Finally, we will address the accountability of Public Prosecutors in Lebanon.
