La crisi afghana ed il diritto di asilo in Francia

Abstract

The Afghan crisis and the right of asylum in France -The article proposes a recon-struction of the decisions of the French Council of State relating to the Afghan crisis and the possibility, for the administrative judge, to intervene in repatriation operations, ordering the evacuation of family members of asylum seekers already present in the territory French; a synthetic reconstruction of the French regulatory framework on the subject and the related problems is then proposed.
