The article aims to introduce the topic discussed in the section by focusing on the application of the principles of constitutionalism and comparative law to artificial intelligence (AI). It considers the need to adapt both the limitation of powers and the guarantee of rights to the specific and new challenges posed by AI. On these grounds, new powers to be limited and new rights to be guaranteed are identified.
