Freedom of Speech and Press in the Albanian Constitution of 1925 - The paper analyzes the statutory regulation of freedom of speech and the press in the 1925 Constitution, seen in a comparative perspective alongside the fundamental acts and legislation of the Albanian state, both before and after the proclamation of the Republic in 1925. This analysis is preceded by a reflection on the historical perspective of the development of the Albanian press, highlighting the key moments and the characteristics of the press in comparison with the development of the press in other countries.
