The EU-wide ban on russian contractors participating in EU public procurement and concessions. Food for thought in the light of World Trade Organization Law – According to a dual perspective of investigation focused on the European Union Law and the World Trade Organization Law, the article aims to study EU-wide ban on Russian contractors participating in EU public procurement and concessions (Regulation (EU) No 2022/576 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014). The preliminary classification of the relevant sources of EU and WTO law will be followed by concluding reflections on the scope and conditions legitimizing the adoption of restrictive measures to public procurement for security purposes.
