The heterogony of ends in the Italian differentiated regionalism - This contribution attempts to define a key to the interpretation of the story of the differentiation of ordinary Regions in the Italian experience. This tool can be offered by the category of heterogenesis of ends, through which it is possible to understand how, in a democratic, constitutional and pluralist system, it is not possible to determine a priori the winner in the processes of “struggle for law” that develop in constitutional implementation.
Keywords: Constitutional implementation; Heterogony of ends; Italian Constitution; Regional asymmetry; Struggle for law
