Social and political dynamics, forms of government and constitutional jurisdictions. Conclusive remarks – The essay retraces the profiles emerging from a group of contributions presented in the V Session dedicated to Social and Political Dynamics, Forms of Government and Constitutional Jurisdictions of the Annual Conference DPCE Constitutional Jurisdictions and Political Powers. Reflections in a comparative key. The analysis highlights how even in the variety of perspectives they deepen the fundamental theme of the independence of jurisdictions from politics or, on the contrary, of their influence on political dynamics or how the two dynamics are related.
Keywords: Constitutional court; Judicial independence; Latin American countries; Principle of non regression.
