Abstract

This piece serves as the background for the special issue concerning the developments in Italian legal scholarship in light of critical approaches to legal comparison. It focuses on three main features, namely, the need for interdisciplinarity, the reach beyond the West, and the openness to novel legal issues in addition to traditional constitutional topics.
